 From Hillside , Otis has his B.A in Music Industry from Delaware State University and has been doing music for almost a Decade. Being an Artist, Producer and Audio Engineering, Otis has an understanding for the feeling Music gives. He wants to bring this same feeling with the artist he works with to give the world.
